Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders of digital IT services from MKK Digital Services (Sahil Farooqui). It should be read with our Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Legal Compliance page under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and e-commerce rules.

1. Customer-initiated cancellation

• Before project kickoff: You may cancel within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. Approved cancellations follow the Refund Policy.
• After work has started: Cancellation is subject to charges for work already completed. Remaining prepaid balance may be refunded or credited toward another package.
• Scheduled calls: Cancel consultation calls at least 12 hours before the slot for a full refund; late cancel / no-show may be non-refundable.
• Monthly retainers: Cancel before the next billing cycle. Current month is generally non-refundable once activated.

2. Merchant-initiated cancellation

We may cancel an order if required information is not provided, payment fails, the request is outside service scope, or the order appears unlawful or fraudulent. Unused fees will be refunded as per the Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. How to cancel

Email support@mkkplayers.com or call +91 9990425201 with order details. We aim to confirm within 1-2 business days.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Unresolved disputes may be taken to the appropriate consumer commission.
