No physical shipping
MKK Digital Services sells digital services only. There is no physical product shipping. Deliverables are provided electronically (email, shared drives, repositories, or your admin dashboard).
Typical timelines
- Consultation packages: Kickoff within 1–2 business days after payment
- Website starter: Draft within 5–10 business days (depends on content from client)
- Retainers: Support access starts within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Integration support: Scheduled sessions within 3–7 business days
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing required content, logins, feedback, and approvals. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines.
