This policy applies to wallet deposits, withdrawals, and participation in challenges/lobbies on MKK PLAYERS.

Deposit Refunds

Refundable if unused and requested before participation in any challenge or wallet-linked transaction. Payment partner charges may be deducted.

Challenge Rules

If a challenge does not start or is cancelled by the platform, the entry stake is refunded. Once a challenge starts, entry stakes are generally non-refundable except for platform error.

Withdrawal Processing

Once processed, withdrawals cannot be cancelled. Failed withdrawals reverse to wallet. Approved refunds typically credit within 5–7 business days.

Payment methods

Deposits may use Paytm (UPI), admin UPI QR, or other enabled partners.
