This policy applies to wallet deposits, withdrawals, and participation in challenges/lobbies on MKKPLAYERS.
Deposit Refunds
Refundable if unused and requested before participation in any challenge or wallet-linked transaction. Payment partner charges or currency conversion fees may be deducted.
Challenge Rules
If a challenge or lobby does not start or is cancelled by the platform, the entry stake is refunded. Once a challenge starts, entry stakes are generally non-refundable except in case of platform error.
Withdrawal Processing
Once processed, withdrawals cannot be cancelled. Failed withdrawals will be reversed back to wallet. Approved refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days.
Refund Timelines (TAT)
- UPI / Wallet: Immediate or Same Day
- Credit / Debit Cards: 7-9 Working Days
