Step 2: Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours of receipt.
Step 3: Resolution
Our team will investigate the matter and aim for a resolution within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7-10 business days.
Step 4: Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request an escalation for a final review by our management team.
