Cancellation Policy
How cancellations work for challenges and lobbies
Before match start
If a challenge or lobby has not started, entry stakes can be refunded on cancellation (less payment partner charges if any).
After match start
Once gameplay begins, entry stakes are generally non-refundable except for platform errors or voided matches.
Withdrawals
Processed withdrawals cannot be cancelled; failed ones reverse to wallet.
